By opting in to receive text messages from RegularUpkeep, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our SMS messaging program.

Program Description

RegularUpkeep offers text message notifications to keep you informed about your home maintenance services. Our messaging program includes two types of messages:

Transactional Messages

When you opt in to transactional text messages, you agree to receive automated text messages from RegularUpkeep related to your account and service requests, including but not limited to:

  • Service request confirmations
  • Appointment scheduling and reminders
  • Provider arrival notifications and ETAs
  • Status updates on your service requests
  • Quotes and estimate notifications
  • Payment confirmations and receipts
  • Account notifications and alerts
  • Maintenance task reminders

Promotional Messages (Optional)

If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from RegularUpkeep, including:

  • Special offers and discounts
  • Seasonal maintenance tips
  • New service announcements
  • Company news and updates

Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in to transactional messages only without receiving promotional messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences:

  • Transactional messages: Sent as needed based on your service requests and account activity. Frequency depends on how often you use our services.
  • Promotional messages: Typically 2-4 messages per month, but frequency may vary.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier's pricing plan for details. RegularUpkeep does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may charge you for each message you send and receive.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from RegularUpkeep by:

  • Checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration
  • Enabling text notifications in your account settings
  • Providing your phone number and consent through our website or mobile app

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and you consent to receive autodialed text messages at that number.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time using any of the following methods:

Text STOP

Reply STOPto any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message: "RegularUpkeep: You're unsubscribed and will no longer receive texts. Reply START to resubscribe."

You may also text any of the following keywords to opt out: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Account Settings

Log in to your account at app.regularupkeep.com and navigate to your Profile page. Toggle off the SMS notification options to stop receiving text messages.

Contact Support

Contact our support team at info@regularupkeep.com or call (855) 718-7533 to request removal from our SMS list.

How to Get Help

For assistance with our SMS program, you can:

  • Reply HELP to any text message from us to receive support information

How to Re-Subscribe

If you previously opted out and wish to receive text messages again, you can:

  • Reply START to our phone number to re-subscribe to transactional messages
  • Log in to your account and enable SMS notifications in your settings

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:

AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and other supported carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in status are kept confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to send you the messages you have consented to receive.
